
Cancellation Policy
At Beyond Concierge Bali, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your booked services and receive a full refund (minus any bank or transfer fees incurred during the cancellation process) if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service commencement time.

Cancellation within 24 Hours

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a refund will not be issued. Full payment will be forfeited.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please note that any bank or transfer fees incurred during the receiving and refunding process will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us directly at info@beyeondgroupbali.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.

Exceptions

In the event of an unforeseen emergency or force majeure, we may offer alternative arrangements or a full refund, subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
